August has come to an end. For us, it is officially fall. The mornings are cooler, the weather is changing with some of the leaves turning. The last two weeks of August were AWESOME! The water may still be a little low, but the fishing has improved despite that fact. Not only has the quantity of fish being caught increased, but the quality has increased as well. We had a few "first timers" come the last 2 weeks and they were able to find fish easily and catch consistent numbers throughout their week. For the third straight year, the guys from Fairfield Bay, Arkansas area slayed them again. There was some debate over lunch as who caught the biggest Walleye.
