End Of August

We are nearing the end of August and the fishing has remained consistent all through the 2009 season. The lake level has been rising due to the rain. The water temperature is currently 68 degrees F. The weather has been cooler and wetter than average for this time of year. We have been busy the last few weeks with American Plan groups. The Harris group from St. Louis, MO the Ruiz group from Chicago, IL and the Brewster's from Wyoming. The Hill group from Cedar Rapids, IA some nice walleyes while being guided. We had the pleasure of hosting Amy's family and friends. With Stan's help everyone caught enough fish for lunch each day and then some.
